Racepoint Global Agency Kickoff Event Campaign
Client: Racepoint Global Role: Art Director, Designer, Set/Costume Stylist
Each January, Racepoint Global rings in the new year with a company-wide celebration, and the creative team and I are tasked with setting the tone through compelling design. For a 200-person event held at Carrie Nation—a swanky speakeasy in Boston—we embraced a 1920s prohibition theme and crafted a cheeky, immersive campaign on a tight budget.
Concept
To pay homage to the secrecy of the Prohibition era, I developed a tongue-in-cheek campaign centered around "secret drinking." We kicked things off with a teaser in the office bathrooms: faux notices claiming that alcohol would be banned at this year’s party, creating buzz and confusion. A few days later, we handed out playful “napkin” invitations, urging colleagues to “give in to temptation” and find their way to the hidden party—despite the “restrictions.”
My Responsibilities
Conceived and led the overall concept and creative direction.
Designed, printed, and distributed physical invitations—each paired with a custom-labeled moonshine nip, which I designed and produced in-house.
Art directed a themed photoshoot featuring colleagues in their best 1920s attire. I helped finalize the shot list, styled participants, and collaborated with a creative director, video producer, and project manager to bring it to life.
Edited photos and designed large-format posters that were displayed at the event, adding visual flair and immersing attendees in the theme.
