MathWorks Sales Kickoff Event 2025

Role: Design Lead, Signage Strategist

Each year, my team and I were responsible for developing the branding and design assets for the Sales Kickoff (SKO) event, with the goal of energizing the sales organization and uniting them around a shared vision. For the 2025 event, I also took the lead in developing and managing the signage strategy and budget, covering all printed and digital signage needs.

Art Direction and Design Leadership

I collaborated with cross-functional stakeholders—including project managers, designers, and senior sales leaders—to craft a compelling tagline that reflected the organization's goals for the year ahead. From there, I designed the event logo and established the overall visual identity, which I guided my team in applying consistently across all touchpoints, including print, digital, signage, and marketing materials. I also designed polished keynote presentations to support executive leaders in engaging live audiences. I attended multiple site visits and developed the signage strategy and content for all signs, acquiring stakeholder approvals and coordinating with print vendors.

Though our team was small, under my creative leadership we successfully delivered over 300 printed signs, five animated video assets, and a suite of supporting materials that left a strong impression on stakeholders and attendees alike.
